I Got a Bite

So one of the places I applied for contacted me back. They want to test my modeling skills to make sure they match what was shown in my reel. I have a month from the 22nd to finish their test and if I do well enough I'll be offered a position. Wish me luck.

I'm still modeling Eduardo, but now I'm focusing more on applying for jobs. If anyone has any leads let me know :)

Update

Still working on Eduardo (the platypus) but i'm just taking some time to revamp my image. New logo n theme and what not. I feel like the one I have now doesn't really express me as a person and it really should. Also I need to make a new website so this can solely be a blog space, anyone got any tips? :)

Progress!

Slacking I know -__- but here's a screen grab of the low poly, headless Eduardo. (That's his name given to him by my brother) Note the timestamp. I always had a crazy weird preference for modeling all night 'til the wee hours of the morning :D

It shall be the Platypus

So I decided on the Platypus. Obviously it isn't the same Platypus from my animation because I just used it as inspiration. Please excuse my Photoshop skills, or lack there of haha.

New project???

So I've been thinking about what I should model next and, coincidentally, I stumbled upon my old 2D animation I did a couple years back. Which in turn fueled my creativity. I just have to decide to model the Platypus or the Platypus boy. Of course I will redesign which ever I choose. Take a look at it, not the greatest animation obviously, but I liked my story.
